teachers with the IEYC

Level 1: Implementing the IEYC is essential for all

teachers engaged in the implementation of the

IEYC. This course introduces the Seven

Foundations and covers the Knowledge, Skills and

Understanding required for effective curriculum

delivery.

LEVEL 1

Have you been implementing

the IEYC for around two years

and completed Level 1?

▸Level 2 is your next step

Level 2: Embedding the IEYC builds on the

foundation of Level 1 training. Teachers are

supported beyond initial implementation of the

International Curriculum extending Knowledge,

Skills and Understanding of the Seven

Foundations and exploring further how these can

be embedded to achieve the school’s shared

vision of learning.

LEVEL 2

Getting Started with the IEYC

Self-led, 3 hours of learning, a perfect accessory

for your induction days or additional training.

Video learning walks exemplify how other IEYC

schools implement units. Guided planning

activities familiarise you through the structure of

a unit. This course is essential for all new teachers

to complete before starting implementation of

the curriculum and Level 1: Implementing courses.
